A Hire Agreement (vehicle rental contract from your hire company with Insurance Policy Number on the document)
A Permission Letter (a letter from the vehicle owner or hire company permitting you to drive the vehicle. The document has to include Insurance Policy Number)
Full Policy Schedule (your schedule must include a Vehicle Schedule: A list of vehicle covered under an insurance policy and Driver Schedule: a list of individuals covered under an insurance policy)
